October 16th, 2008 Posted in Uncategorized

Welcome back!

Imagine cruising through the warm waters of the Pacific with a Bahama Mama or a Corona in your hand while listening to exotic music along side fellow Realtors, Trainers & Authors……………

You Are Invited To Join Brian Rodgers, Rich Shaw, Tim Centner and Fellow Realtors For A Breathtaking 6 Day Event on The Queen Mary in Long Beach, California and The Carnival Paradise Cruising To Ensenada, Mexico and Catalina Island

Dear Friends and Associates of Brian Rodgers Companies,

When we left port on January the 4th 2006 we really didn’t know what we we were starting. But we’re beginning to have a better idea. The first ever Real Estate Marketing Cruise was such a resounding success, that after hours and hours of thought, we’re going to make it a bi-annual event. That’s right, to allow everyone the opportunity to experience all the fun, excitement, networking and learning that the lucky few got on the first cruise we’re making it official.

On June the 5th our second cruise is leaving from California and we want you to be on it!

Once again we’ve turned to Captian Lou and the fantastic Carnival Cruise line to put together a great 4 day cruise, kicked off by 2 nights on the historic Queen Mary in port in Long Beach.

If You’ve Never been on a cruise before…then you are in for the time of your life and a vacation like no other. You can do it all, or just lay back and do absolutely nothing, it’s your vacation. There are so many positive and wonderful things about taking a cruise. The only negative that comes to mind is that it ends way too soon!

Those of you who missed the last one, you might be wondering just what exactly makes this a “Real Estate Marketing Cruise”

And the, simple answer is… not very much, except for all the Realtors and Trainers that are attending. When we first started to visualize the Cruise idea, we had a fun but educational approach, using many trainers and speakers, but we started talking to some of our best customers and we found that this was not really what they wanted. Sure the idea of the “workshop approach” was OK, but what would be even better would be a small intimate group of like minded Realtors just hanging out together and talking shop every once in a while. Quite frankly the idea of vacationing and hanging out with like minded Realtors was the trip they’d like to attend more so than listening to someone lecture about marketing for 6 hours.

But rest assured we’ll be having several seminar sessions covering topics that you can immediately implement into your business the moment that you get home! This format worked so well on the last cruise, we’re not going to change it a bit….click here and take a listen to what some of our “cruisers” have to say about the January Cruise!

Here’s what’s in store for you!

On Sunday while we’re aboard the incredible Queen Mary, we’ll have two great marketing sessions, then when we embark on the Paradise we’ll have a session when we return from the day trip to Catalina Island, and a final session on our last day while we’re on our way back to port. These sessions are jam-packed with information that you’ll be just chomping at the bit to get home and try! As you heard, our cruisers truly had a great experience AND a great vacation! How can you beat that?

What Makes the Real Estate Marketing Cruise So Unique?

1. The opportunity to have fun 24/7 for 6 days and 6 nights with like-minded friends who rarely have the chance to get together in such a small and intimate setting.

2. The opportunity to brainstorm with other Realtors/Trainers/Marketers in a relaxing, fun atmosphere like no other you’ve ever experienced.

3. The opportunity to visit exotic locations and share the experience with your family and friends…these are moments you’ll remember for a lifetime!

The Real Estate Marketing Cruise Is A Vacation Unlike Any Other You Will Ever Experience…

* June 5th, 2006 we embark on the cruise ship Paradise and leave for Catalina Island.
*

June 9th, 2006, we disembark the ship in Long Beach and say our goodbyes!

Click Here to get a complete overview of the ship, and everywhere we’re going to go!

We’ll be sailing on Carnival’s Top-of-the-Line Ship…the “Paradise.”

We chose Carnival for two very important reasons:

1. Cruise connoisseurs, like myself, know that Carnival is the way to go when traveling with a group where FUN is the #1 priority.
2. “Camp Carnival” is second only to Disney regarding quality childcare and organized activities for children.

Our Itinerary…

Date What’s Happening
Saturday, June 3, 2006 Meet and greet on the Queen Mary
Sunday, June 4 2006 Sessions on the Queen Mary
Monday, June 5 2006 5 p.m. Boarding on Cruise ship Paradise
Tuesday, June 6 2006 In port Catalina Island
Wednesday, June 7 2006 In port Ensenada, Mexico
Thursday, June 8 2006 Fun Day at Sea
Friday, June 9 2006 9 a.m. Disembark Ship in Lon Beach

But what about the kids, can they come too?

Kids are invited!

The whole family is invited. I’ll have my wife, son and nephews there and we urge you to bring yours too. Families are a major market for Carnival with a minimum passenger age of 4 months. The kids will be kept busy and entertained with the ship’s fully staffed “Camp Carnival”. Camp Carnival’s team of incredible counselors offer free supervised play for the kids from 9 AM till 10 PM and paid babysitting till 3 AM if needed.

From a recent cruise we took I can tell you that all the kids couldn’t wait to get to Camp Carnival each morning.

Don’t think there are just activities for the younger kids though. There are plenty of things to do for pre-teens and teens alike including a separate teen disco, arcade and a swimming pool complete with a water slide.

Again though, this is not just a cruise for families and couples. Don’t miss out because you think there is no room for a single person. All are welcome and all will have the time of their lives.

The Price…

First let’s get something straight right up front… we’re not going to make a penny on this event!

The real estate business has been very good to me over the years and I would like to give something back to it. That is why we have designed the pricing structure at a break even price. We are not hosting this cruise to gain financially. In fact we will be pleased if we don’t lose too much on it. And just to ease your mind, you will not be asked to purchase anything while on board, I give you my word on that. I am doing this strictly to give a small group of Realtors an opportunity to take advantage of a once-in-a-lifetime vacation and receive all the “advantages” of doing a little business while on vacation.

The truth is that we won’t even be using our merchant account to charge your credit card. We will pass your card number directly to Carnival Cruise Lines and they will be charging both your deposit now and balance towards the beginning of April. This should make you feel secure knowing that even if we fall off the face of the earth, your cruise is still in place directly with the cruise line. And remember, Carnival will issue you a full and complete refund should you need to cancel your trip anytime up through April 3rd, 2006.

We have arranged to offer you an all inclusive price. Your cruise, taxes, port charges and destination fees are all included in one flat fee. We’re even arranging to have the tips prepaid so the only thing you will have to settle up on when we disembark will be your bar bill, any shore excursions or personal services such as a massage or hairstyling. With prepaid tips your room steward, your waiter, your bus boy and your Matire’d are all taken care of before you even ever set a foot on the boat. And you will of course need to provide transportation to and from Long Beach.

Do you realize that when you see a price of the cruise advertised in a newspaper or online it is only a base rate? Once you add the government fees, the port charges, the customs fee, the immigration fee and the International departure tax your base price will likely increase by as much as 80%. Often those advertised rates are for the bottom of the boat “coffin rooms” without a window. Know that our block of rooms have been upgraded to a higher floor with a huge window in every cabin.

OK, how much you ask…

You’ll Receive Top-of-the-Line Service And Accommodations At An Unbelievably Low Price!

I was able to call in a few favors and negotiate the lowest possible prices imaginable…

* Best Available Oceanview Room for 2…just $899 per person, including two nights on the Historic Queen Mary!

NOTE: 3rd & 4th persons in the room, get a discounted rate, call Lou for details!

* Best Available Oceanview Room for 2…just $699 per person!

NOTE: This price is for those not joining us for the Initial 2 days on the Queen Mary (those of you that live in California are welcome to come to the Queen Mary for the sessions only at no charge!)

All usual fees inclusive! That means, all port charges, government fees, and taxes are included in the price.

Your Real Estate Marketing Cruise registration fee covers ALL of the following:

*

6 days and 6 nights in a luxurious oceanview stateroom and an upgraded room on the Queen Mary.
*

8 gourmet meals per day plus 24-hour room service.
*

Daily, professional live entertainment.
*

Roundtrip transportation from Long Beach, California to Catalina Island, and Ensenada, Mexico.
*

All usual fees inclusive! That means, all port charges,
government fees, and taxes are included in the price.

But you need to act quickly. At this time we only have a block of Thirty rooms. Several are already spoken for and we probably won’t be adding any more. Further, these prices are only effective for a limited time. The cruise line will increase the fares to reward those that helped us out by signing up early. The January cruise sold out VERY quickly and many who wanted to go couldn’t get on the ship.

Our cruise agent tells us that those who sign up first with paid deposits will have FIRST DIBS for possible UPGRADES and SURPRISE BONUSES. More the reason to get yourself signed up soon. Remember once our block of cabins are sold our group is final. That’ll be it…

We need to have our group completely finalized by March 15th so we may not be accepting new guests after that point. Wait till March 15th and as they say… “you’ve missed the boat”. However, understand that you can cancel your reservation at any time up to April 3rd and still receive a 100% refund.

At this time we are asking you for a $300.00 deposit for each person in your stateroom. The balance will be charged directly by Carnival Cruise Lines towards the end of April. This deposit will secure you and your guest’s spot on the second Real Estate Marketing Cruise. Just think… click this link and you can reserve your cabin and you can start looking forward to The Second Real Estate Cruise adventure. This is bound to be one of the Real Estate Marketing highlights of 2006… do you really want to take a chance and miss it?

Once you pay your deposit we will email you a document covering the other details of the cruise like the optional but strongly encouraged TravelGuard Trip Cancellation Insurance, what documentation you will need to travel and other pertinent details and information about June’s big event.

In case you are wondering who the travel agency is behind our cruise we are more then happy to share our secret. This cruise was booked through Captain Lou Edwards of the Little Shop of Cruises. Click Here to visit his website if you, your relatives or friends ever need an honest, moral, ethical and extremely helpful & friendly cruise agent. We can’t speak highly enough for what he has done for us getting this cruise off the ground. So thanks Captain Lou!

And speaking of friends and relatives, I will be bringing my wife, son, nephews and several other members of my family as well as business associates. I would like to encourage you to do the same. Invite as many friends and family as you want and have them book through the same links provided on this site. The more people we get the better Carnival we treat all of us on board with upgrades, perks, etc. All of the sessions will be scheduled in a manner to not interfere with spending time with your friends and family that come on board with you. After all we are on vacation, whoops, I mean we are on business!!

P.S. Don’t miss the boat and THE Real Estate Marketing event of 2006. Not only can you experience a wonderful vacation but you’ll get to hang out and enjoy the company of fellow Realtors just like yourself. Plus here’s a chance to visit, learn and hopefully deduct the entire vacation (check with your accountant) aboard The Historic Queen Mary followed by The Carnival Paradise.
