The Cruise...

Part One to Nassau, Bahamas

Cozumel

Part Two to Key West, FL
and Cozumel, Mexico

On Wednesday, January 4, 2006  the inaugural Real Estate Marketing Cruise will be departing from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Carnival Cruise Line's beautiful ship "Fascination". If you are a Realtor, whether just starting out or a seasoned pro, then you will want to be on board so mark your calendar now and get your deposit in to reserve your spot. Think of it... you will have eight days and eight nights in the best available oceanview stateroom with a large picture window or a beautiful balcony stateroom as we cruise to through The Panama Canal, Belize, and Cost Rica.

Never been on a cruise before? then you are in for the time of your life and a vacation like no other. You can do everything or lie back and do absolutely nothing, it's your vacation. There are so many positive and wonderful things about taking a cruise. The only negative that comes to mind is that it ends way too soon!

We've scheduled our cruise to accomodate a full eight day and eight night vacation.

So you're asking... OK what's going to happen on board that will make this a "real estate marketing event"?

The simple answer... not much, except for all the Realtors and Trainers that are attending.

Initially we had a grand vision of taking a fun, but educational approach. We were going to have a bunch of industry speakers, panel discussions, a whole workshop at sea.

Then we started talking to some of our best customers and we found that this was not really what they wanted. Sure the idea of the "workshop approach" was OK, but what would be even better would be a small intimate group of like minded Realtors just hanging out together and talking shop every once in a while. Quite frankly the idea of vacationing and hanging out with like minded Realtors was the trip they'd like to attend more so than listening to someone lecture about marketing for 4 hours.  Now, with that said, we will have several sessions where you will learn very valuable systems and stratagies that you can implement into your real estate business the day you step off the ship!

So we're giving them and you what was asked for...

Here's what's planned as far as organized events that we can do as a group. There will be seven networking dinners. We will have a block of tables each night at dinner. Other passengers are assigned a table for the duration of the cruise, but you'll be free to sit with whomever you like within our table block. There will be four scheduled training sessions. We'll have a large room to mingle in, enjoy refreshments in and have a very good training session. Lastly, there will be an hour long open bar party a few nights!

So not only will there be lots of free time to enjoy the ship, the port(s) and your fellow cruising-Realtors but there will also be lots & lots of time to spend with your spouse and family.

What Makes the 2006 New Year's Cruise So Unique?

  1. The opportunity to have fun 24/7 for 8 days and 8 nights with like-minded friends who rarely have the chance to get together in such a small and intimate setting.

  2. The opportunity to brainstorm with other Realtors/Trainers/Marketers in a relaxing, fun atmosphere like no other you've ever experienced.

  3. The opportunity to visit exotic locations and share the experience with your family and friends...these are moments you'll remember for a lifetime!

The 2006 New Year's Cruise Is A Vacation Unlike Any Other You Will Ever Experience...

On this unique cruise, you'll have 8 fun-filled days and nights to relax, socialize, and PLAY! For instance...

  • Celebrate with friends at our private, open bar "Bon Voyage" party.

  • Enjoy delicious gourmet meals...24 hours a day.

  • Relax by the pool or in a hot tub with your spouse.

  • Hang out with friends while drinking a Margarita and listening to salsa music .

  • Enjoy the glitter and excitement of a Broadway-style show after dinner.

  • Explore exotic ports of call — Belize, Panama, and Costa Rica — lounge on white sand beaches or enjoy a canopy tour of the rain forest or cave tubing in Belize.

  • Shop duty-free stores onboard ship and at the many ports of call.

  • Gaze at the beautiful seascape from atop the cruiseliner's deck.

  • Try your hand at the slot machines or the blackjack table.

  • Dance the night away at one of the ship's hot nightclubs.

  • Pamper yourself with a luxurious full-body massage.

  • Participate in onboard games and contests like "Bingo" and "The Newlywed/Not So Newlywed Game."

  • Reminisce with friends about all the fun you had on the cruise during our farewell breakfast.

... And so much more, the choices are endless!

You'll Have A Blast Exploring Three Exciting Ports of Call With Your Friends And Family...

  • January 4, 2006 we board the ship in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida around 12noon EST.

  • January 12, 2006, we disembark the ship in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 10am EST.

We'll be sailing on Carnival's Top-of-the-Line Ship...the "Legend."

We chose Carnival for two very important reasons:

  1. Cruise connoisseurs, like myself, know that Carnival is the way to go when traveling with a group where FUN is the #1 priority.
  2. "Camp Carnival" is second only to Disney regarding quality childcare and organized activities for children.

About Belize...

Diving is Belize's main claim to fame due to an almost unbroken line of reefs and cayes extending for 150 miles along its coast that make up the longest reef system in the western hemisphere (and the second longest in the world). Belize also has the highest concentration of Mayan sites of all the countries in Central America.

About Costa Rica...

If there was ever a country created for eco-tourism, it is Costa Rica. Effectively a biological corridor between North and South America and with its neo-tropical climate and rainforests acting as a sort of biosphere, it now has one of the greatest biological diversities in the world. Nearly a quarter of its landmass is designated as national parks and it houses 8,000 species of plants, 859 species of birds, and 10% of the world's butterflies.

About Panama...

Panama is best known for the Panama Canal, which should be on everyone's list of must-see places. Ninety years after its completion, this link between two great oceans is as vital and vibrant as ever.

But what about the kids, can they come too?

ChippersCruise.com

Kids are invited!

The whole family is invited. I'll have my wife, son and nephews there and we urge you to bring yours too. Families are a major market for Carnival with a minimum passenger age of 4 months. The kids will be kept busy and entertained with the ship's fully staffed "Camp Carnival". Camp Carnival's team of incredible counselors offer free supervised play for the kids from 9 AM till 10 PM and paid babysitting till 3 AM if needed.

From a recent cruise we took I can tell you that all the kids couldn't wait to get to Camp Carnival each morning.

Don't think there are just activities for the younger kids though. There are plenty of things to do for pre-teens and teens alike including a separate teen disco, arcade and a swimming pool complete with a water slide.

Again though, this is not just a cruise for families and couples. Don't miss out because you think there is no room for a single person. All are welcome and all will have the time of their lives.

The Price...

First let's get something straight right up front... we're not going to make a penny on this event!

The hobby has been very good to us over the years and we'd like to give something back to it. That is why we have designed the pricing structure at a break even price. We are not hosting this cruise to gain financially. In fact we will be pleased if we don't lose too much on it.

The truth is that we won't even be using our merchant account to charge your credit card. We will pass your card number directly to Carnival Cruise Lines and they will be charging both your deposit now and balance towards the end of July. This should make you feel secure knowing that even if we fall off the face of the earth, your cruise is still in place directly with the cruise line. And remember, Carnival will issue you a full and complete refund should you need to cancel your trip anytime up through August 1st.

We have arranged to offer you an all inclusive price. Your cruise, taxes, port charges and destination fees are all included in one flat fee. We're even arranging to have the tips prepaid so the only thing you will have to settle up on when we disembark will be your bar bill, any shore excursions or personal services such as a massage or hairstyling. With prepaid tips your room steward, your waiter, your bus boy and your Matire'd are all taken care of before you even ever set a foot on the boat.

Do you realize that when you see a price of the cruise advertised in a newspaper or online it is only a base rate? Once you add the government fees, the port charges, the customs fee, the immigration fee and the International departure tax your base price will likely increase by as much as 80%. Often those advertised rates are for the bottom of the boat "coffin rooms" without a window. Know that our block of rooms have been upgraded to a higher floor with a huge window in every cabin.

We'll have no hidden costs. Your price will be all inclusive and get this... it's $60.00-$158.00 less then if you called Carnival right now and tried to book a comparable cabin for the same time. We have a group discounted rate that we are passing right on to you. Not to mention if you were to book it yourself you wouldn't have access to our round robin dinner seating, our reserved meeting rooms, the open bar party or the "goodie bag" that we will have for each passenger in our group.

OK, how much you ask...

You'll Receive Top-of-the-Line Service And Accommodations At An Unbelievably Low Price!

I was able to call in a few favors and negotiate the lowest possible prices imaginable...

  • Best Available Oceanview Room for 2 With Balcony
    ...just $999 per person!

NOTE: It's only $510 apiece for the 3rd & 4th persons in the room.

  • Best Available Oceanview Room for 2...just $849 per person!

NOTE: It's only $479 apiece for the 3rd & 4th persons in the room.

All usual fees inclusive!
That means, all port charges, government fees, and taxes are included in the price.

...I guarantee you won't find a better price anywhere else for this cruise!

Your 2006 New Year's Cruise registration fee covers ALL of the following:

  • 8 days and 8 nights in a luxurious balcony or oceanview stateroom.

  • 8 gourmet meals per day plus 24-hour room service.

  • Daily, professional live entertainment.

  • Roundtrip transportation from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Belize, Panama and Costa Rica.

  • All usual fees inclusive! That means, all port charges,
government fees, and taxes are included in the price.

But you need to act quick. At this time we only have a block of forty rooms. Several are already spoken for and we won't be adding any more. Further these prices are only effective till June 15th. At that time they will increase to reward those that helped us out by signing up early.

Our cruise agent tells us that those who sign up first with paid deposits will have FIRST DIBS for possible UPGRADES and SURPRISE BONUSES. More the reason to get yourself signed up soon. Remember once our block of cabins are sold our group is final. That'll be it...

We need to have our group completely finalized by August 1st so we will be accepting no new guests after that point. Wait till August 2nd and as they say... "you've missed the boat". However, understand that you can cancel your reservation at any time up to August 1st and still receive a 100% refund.

At this time we are asking you for a $200.00 deposit for each person in your stateroom for the three night cruise and $400.00 deposit for each person on the seven night. The balance will be charged directly by Carnival Cruise Lines towards the end of July. This deposit will secure you and your guest's spot on the inaugural chippers cruise. Just think... click this link and you can reserve your cabin and you can start looking forward to October's Carribean chipping adventure. This is bound to be one of the chipping highlights of 2004... do you really want to take a chance and miss it?

Once you pay your deposit we will email you a document covering the other details of the cruise like the optional but strongly encouraged TravelGuard Trip Cancellation Insurance, what documentation you will need to travel and other pertinent details and information about October's big event.

In case you are wondering who the travel agency is behind our cruise we are more then happy to share our secret. This cruise was booked through Captain Lou Edwards of the Little Shop of Cruises. Click Here to visit his website if you, your relatives or friends ever need an honest, moral, ethical and extremely helpful & friendly cruise agent. We can't speak highly enough for what he has done for us getting this cruise off the ground. So thanks Captain Lou!

P.S. Don't miss the boat and THE Real Estate Marketing event of 2006. Not only can you experience a wonderful cruise for less then if you booked it on your own but you'll get to hang out and enjoy the company of fellow Realtors just like yourself. Plus here's a chance to visit, learn and hopefully deduct the entire vacation (check with your accountant) aboard one of the most spectacular and talked about cruise ships while heading to Panama, Belize and Costa Rica.
